Kite looks like a very handy tool for developers. The UI looks pretty slick and I can see this saving me a lot of documentation lookups/google searches. The biggest gripe for many people might be that Kite uses the internet to search for the completions/documentation, which has raises privacy concerns for large companies. For my own side projects though, Kite makes total sense. This kind of reminds me of a better integrated Dash.

Holoportation – this looks like the future. Talking to people real-time as if they were in the same room sounds incredible. Also the last part of the video where you can relive a past session was really cool.

I just got a new vim plugin called Syntastic, which checks syntax for multiple different languages in vim. Definitely looks like a handy plugin!

I saw my friend using iMessage for his iphone and really liked the idea of a connected cell phone and mac texting experience. GrowlVoice gives that to me for my Galaxy S3 and my Macbook Pro :D.
